Lahore 1947 set for final shoot as Sunny Deol returns in October. 

The much awaited film Lahore 1947 is moving closer to completion, with Sunny Deol gearing up to resume shooting in Punjab from October 10. According to a report by Mid-Day, the film will undergo a 12 day schedule that focuses on newly added sequences suggested by producer Aamir Khan. These additions are designed to enhance the drama and emotional impact of the story, ensuring the film meets the high expectations surrounding it.

Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced under Aamir Khan Productions, Lahore 1947 is based on the celebrated play Jis Lahore Nai Dekhya, O Jamyai Ni by Asghar Wajahat. The film boasts a powerful ensemble cast including Sunny Deol, Preity Zinta, Shabana Azmi, Ali Fazal and Abhimanyu Singh.
