Coolie Day 10 Saturday Hindi Box Office Report Rajinikanth Film Shows Growth But Trend Remains Weak
Rajinikanth Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, continues its run in the Hindi market with fair but limited collections. The film added around 1.25 crore net on its second Saturday, taking the ten day total to 26.00 crore net.
Growth on Saturday but Weak Overall Trend
After a quiet second Friday, Coolie showed the expected Saturday rise. However, the overall trend remains weak as the film struggles to sustain beyond weekends. The lifetime in Hindi will end around 30-35 crore net which is not a strong result. Still, for a dubbed Tamil film facing heavy competition from War 2, the numbers can be seen as decent.
Rajinikanth Clocks His Second Best in Hindi
Coolie is set to go past Kabali and become Rajinikanth second highest grossing Hindi release after 2.0. While the final tally is modest, crossing Kabali is a small achievement. In terms of footfalls though, Coolie is far behind.
Day Wise Hindi Collections of Coolie
- Thursday- 4.5 crore
- Friday- 6.2 crore
- Saturday- 4.2 crore
- Sunday- 4.5 crore
- Monday- 1.4 crore
- Tuesday- 1.6 crore
- Wednesday- 0.90 lakh
- Thursday- 0.75 lakh
- Friday- 0.60 Lakh
- Saturday- 1.25 crore
- Total- 25.5 crore net (Approx)
Global Box Office Picture
On the worldwide stage, Coolie is performing far better. The film has close to 460 crore (gross) in all languages by the 2nd weekend. The pace has slowed and it may fall short of 500 crore lifetime, but even then, it will finish as one of the top five highest grossing Tamil films ever and the biggest of 2025.
Coolie is clearly an underperformer when compared with its massive expectations. Yet, it is not a failure. Much like Kabali, the film has earned enough to be termed a success, but the weak hold in Hindi shows that Rajinikanth magic has its limits in dubbed markets.
