Sidharth Malhotra ‘Vvan’ Set to Resume Shoot After Major Rewrite; Maniesh Paul and Sunil Grover Join the Cast.

Sidharth Malhotra is gearing up for a strong comeback with his upcoming film Vvan: Force of the Forest. After facing a brief delay and several script changes, the ambitious project is now ready to roll from October 24 in Mumbai. The film is produced by The Viral Fever and Balaji Motion Pictures and marks one of Sidharth’s most unique ventures yet.

The shooting of Vvan was earlier paused in June due to creative disagreements between Sidharth and director Deepak Mishra. Following multiple discussions and fresh writing sessions, the team has now reached complete creative clarity. With the revised script receiving a green signal from all sides, the film is set to restart on a positive note.

Joining Sidharth and Tamannaah Bhatia in the cast are Maniesh Paul, who was recently seen in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, and Sunil Grover, who continues to entertain audiences in The Great Indian Kapil Show. Popular television star Shweta Tiwari has also been roped in for an important role.

Vvan is described as a mythological folk thriller rooted in the traditions of Bihar, particularly inspired by the rituals of Chhath Puja. The story blends elements of faith, folklore, and human emotion, set against the mysterious and spiritual backdrop of the forest. Deepak Mishra, known for Panchayat, co-directs the film with TVF founder Arunabh Kumar.

Sidharth Malhotra, who was last seen in Yodha and the romantic drama Param Sundari, is looking to deliver a standout performance with Vvan. The film is expected to present him in a completely new light, blending intensity, tradition, and emotion.

With its mix of mythology, drama, and cultural depth, Vvan is shaping up to be one of the most awaited projects in Sidharth’s career.
